Customer Testimonial

We are repeat customers purchasing an Acura MDX for the second time. Each time we were dealt with professional and efficient service. Jacqui was very helpful when we approached her via the internet with prices and vehicle information. Ahmed was attentive, well dressed, friendly, informative, and very, very thorough with the paperwork. He walked us through each step, explaining and ensuring we understood everything. We had the upmost confidence that there were no mistakes in any of the paperwork. Phil professionally explained our financing and service options. There were no "pushiness" or games of "let me talk to my manager". The transfer/purchase was done efficiently but yet everyone took their time to ensure all questions were answered. In dealing with other car dealerships in the past we have either felt we need to take mega doses of Tylenol or a shower because of the "slimey" behavior of the employees. At Precision Acura, we walked out with smiles on our faces. This is why we returned to Precision for our new car purchases and car services. We know we will receive not 100% good service but 110% great service.
