I was impressed with the professionalism demonstrated by Levon during the entire process - from the initial test drive, through the negotiation, and finally during the delivery of our new vehicle. Levon was a model of persistence, without trying to be too overbearing, and worked hard "to get the deal done". He appeared extremely knowledgeable about the car, and responded to all of our queries in an effective manner. He particularly took great pains to explain to us patiently about the new features in our particular model build, just prior to handing over the keys to us! He also volunteered to help us address any issue, even after the sale was completed. I would strongly recommend this dealership to those seeking a new Acura! The finance department was also very professional - outlining the various options available, but not imposing any pressure for making decision. An enjoyable car buying experience overall!
