This past Wednesday, my husband and I went to the Precision Acura dealership in Princeton, New Jersey to have our 2010 Acura serviced.

This past Wednesday, my husband and I went to the Precision Acura dealership in Princeton, New Jersey to have our 2010 Acura serviced. After he checked the car, the outstandingly fine Service Advisor, Rodney Breustedt, who has coordinated the servicing of our car for the past three and a half years, reminded us that we had 85,000 miles on the car, and advised replacing the brakes and tires. Prior to arriving at the Acura Service Department that day, we had decided that if major work had to be done we would consider buying a new vehicle that Ms. Nicole DelVecchio, an Acura consultant suggested we think about doing. When we told Rodney we were thinking abot buying a new car, he recommended we speak to Mr. Swett, whom he described as being a remarkably fine salesperson who would be able to provide precise information about the 2014 Acura TSX. Rodney did not exaggerate! In the hours, yes, hours, we spent with him, Mr. Swett gave us his undivided attention, learned what we desired in a new car, and answered each and every question we asked fully and knowledgeably. At no time, did he seem hurried, impatient, or anxious to shorten his time with us. Clearly and thoroughly, Jim Swett explained the advanced technology of the car, the Multi-Information Display on the dashboard, and methods to use to customize settings. He tirelessly showed us how to use the Navigation System that has multiple features, e.g. "Find the Nearest" command, AcuraLink Real-Time Traffic, Real-Time Weather, the BLUETOOTH HANDSFREELINK, and the Driving Position Memory System. Though he had to cover a number of topics to prepare us to handle the car safely and effectively, he clearly presented the most important information a driver of a new Acura TSX must know. In addition to working with Mr. Swett, we had the privilege of meeting and working with Mr. Derek Battle who set up the financial plan we shall use, and recomended several ways to safeguard our purchase. Consequently, we left Precision Acura driving a brand new Acura TSX knowing what one should know to benefit from the many new features of this car. James Swett is a born teacher, whose customers leave feeling more confident in their capabilities to drive a technologically advanced vehicle. We are most grateful!

I contacted this dealer through the Internet and had the pleasure of dealing with Nicole. She was attentive, answered all my questions, and gave me a very competitive price. When I arrived at the dealership, Nicole introduced me to Peter who knew so much about the vehicle, took me on a very nice drive and showed me the different colors available. I picked a white MDX and two hours later I was driving home in my new MDX. Great experience from start to finish!

I met with Mr. Damion Pugh and I was amazed at the knowledge he had in all the models Acura has to offer (and the upcoming models). He really helped me narrow down the best model for my needs. I thought I had done thorough research before going to a dealership but there were things he told me that I did not think about. Mr. Damion was very friendly and personable and I enjoyed talking with him. I felt like a friend rather than dollar signs. He was not pushy at all which made all the difference. Thank you Mr. Damion!

Sonny Burnett's review

I took my 2006 TL in to have the power steering rack, power steering pump, and compliance bushings replaced under a service plan I purchased through Ford (vehicle was purchased at John Kennedy Ford of Jenkintown) and I was very satisfied with the customer service in the service department. At first, the Ford extended service plan was giving Precision a hard time because it was offering to pay less than what the parts that need to be replaced normally cost and the worst case scenario would be that I would have to pay the difference. Fortunately, my service consultant, Rodney Breustedt, was able to make it so that I only have to pay the $100 deductible while the Ford extended service plan paid $1800 for the rest. Rodney and the others in the service department came off as very professional and experienced and I was treated as if I was a big shot businessman, which is a lot more than what I can say about Davis Acura's service department, which treats their customers like suckers who do not know anything about cars. After the service was done, they were not pushing any additional service on me, as it is common for many other dealers to recommend all sorts of expensive work after one service, like Davis Acura and their $85 cabin air filter replacements. After going to Precision for service, I felt as if my business there was appreciated and whether I was waiting there while diagnostic tests were being done or if I was going there to drop off or pick my car up, every employee made me feel welcome and I will continue to give them my business. • • • I took my 2006 TL in to have the power steering rack, power steering pump, and compliance bushings replaced under a service plan I purchased through Ford (vehicle was purchased at John Kennedy Ford of Jenkintown) and I was very satisfied with the customer service in the service department. I could not begin to tell you how satisfied and happy I was after my visit to Precision Acura of Princeton. After a troublesome visit to Acura of ocean and dealing with misleading salesmen, I was steered towards Precision by a family friend. The Precision team was more than accommodating and made me feel as though for once in my life, I had found myself at a dealership that I was not being taken advantage of. Driving the extra distance to work with a dealership that makes you feel as though they are truly for the customer was worth every mile. Since my purchase, I have received many phone calls asking if I had any questions or concerns and to check on my overall satisfaction of the vehicle. I could not be more satisfied and will undoubtedly return to the Precision team for any future purchases.

Jim Swett at Precision Acura is an outstanding salesman who works with his customers to find the right car

Jim Swett at Precision Acura is an outstanding salesman who works with his customers to find the right car at the right price. He is very friendly and thorough and answers all of your questions with deep detail. I have worked with him twice to lease a 2013 RDX and 2014 RDX with tech package. Both experiences were wonderful and we will surely be his customers for many years to come. Jim Swett is a 10 out of 10!!

The staff at Precision is friendly and no nonsense.

The staff at Precision is friendly and no nonsense. They all take care of the customer first and work as a team to make sure the process is smooth and fast. Pricing is great and they don't play games like some other dealers that sell cars. I would certainly recommend Precision Acura to all that are in the market for a new vehicle.I initially spoke with Mitchell Brenner over the phone about the Acura TL for both financing and leasing options and he was able to listen to my needs in a vehicle. When I arrived at the dealership, I met with Ahmed Heba and he had two vehicles for me to view and test drive. There was no waiting around as the buying experience was made even better by Ahmed's hospitality. Upon choosing my new Acura TL, I then met with the business Manager Derek Battle. This is usually the most painful part of the process as they are always trying to sell some aftermarket stuff to you and drag out the paperwork. To my surprise......this part was fast and handled in a professional manner ( about 15 minutes).. KUDOS to everyone at Precision Acura!!

My experience at Acura Princeton was quite good.

My experience at Acura Princeton was quite good. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. We were buying used Acura MDX. Levon Kuznetsov was our sales rep. He gave us detailed all the information we needed to choose right pre-owned vehicle. After reviewing and test driving some of the MDX’es we finally selected certified 2008 MDX, tech package. Levon’s info helped us a lot and made our over-stressed life much easier. The only complain - final closing took a while because of the huge number of people closing at this particular day. So far we enjoy the vehicle.
