Sonny Burnett's review

I took my 2006 TL in to have the power steering rack, power steering pump, and compliance bushings replaced under a service plan I purchased through Ford (vehicle was purchased at John Kennedy Ford of Jenkintown) and I was very satisfied with the customer service in the service department. At first, the Ford extended service plan was giving Precision a hard time because it was offering to pay less than what the parts that need to be replaced normally cost and the worst case scenario would be that I would have to pay the difference. Fortunately, my service consultant, Rodney Breustedt, was able to make it so that I only have to pay the $100 deductible while the Ford extended service plan paid $1800 for the rest. Rodney and the others in the service department came off as very professional and experienced and I was treated as if I was a big shot businessman, which is a lot more than what I can say about Davis Acura's service department, which treats their customers like suckers who do not know anything about cars. After the service was done, they were not pushing any additional service on me, as it is common for many other dealers to recommend all sorts of expensive work after one service, like Davis Acura and their $85 cabin air filter replacements. After going to Precision for service, I felt as if my business there was appreciated and whether I was waiting there while diagnostic tests were being done or if I was going there to drop off or pick my car up, every employee made me feel welcome and I will continue to give them my business. • • • I took my 2006 TL in to have the power steering rack, power steering pump, and compliance bushings replaced under a service plan I purchased through Ford (vehicle was purchased at John Kennedy Ford of Jenkintown) and I was very satisfied with the customer service in the service department.
