Worked with Joe Zuccari from Sales, who is very friendly, polite and honest. He helped with Paper work as much as he can and also himself talk to insurance guys and made my day easy to complete the formalities. He was patient to listen to the detailing requests we had and got them fixed to the extent possible. Further Derek Battle of finance was busy with other customer as we arrived late than scheduled time, but once he was available, he got all our formality completed and got us best possible rate on finance. So i am very happy with that. Derek was also very patient and friendly and was easy to work with. The only thing i got bit unhappy is that i could not get any negotiation what-so-ever, and was probably the car was already repriced recently. Anyways, overall a great experience to buy an used 2011 MDX with all features i wanted at a decent price.
