Ahmed was amazing! I visited this dealership within the last year and worked with a sales consultant who was more concerned about asking financial questions than focusing on my needs/wants--thus I left without purchasing a vehicle. Fortunately, this time around I had the pleasure of meeting Ahmed. He on the other hand was very personable, patient and sincere. To say he provides excellent customer service is an under statement. He answered all of my questions about the car, buying vs leasing and my trade in. He is knowledgeable, professional and treated me great. I had a horrible experience at another Acura dealership in Ocean Twnshp and almost didn't get another Acura b/c of it. I am SO glad that I took the hour drive to Precision Acura. They are friendly and Jim Swett worked with me to get all the needed paperwork done in a timely manner. Jim is always willing to answer questions related to the car after the purchase. The service department is efficient and friendly but since I have had such good luck with my first car I have used it very little.
